This newly renovated two bedroom, one bath townhouse is perfect for a small family or group of friends.
It’s walking distance to major attractions and events in Woodland Park, and a short drive to major attractions in the Pikes Peak region! Local restaurants and breweries are just blocks away. You’re minutes from hiking trails including Rainbow Gulch and Rampart Reservoir, Catamount Reservoir, and the Ring the Peak trail system! For some R&R, feel free to visit any of the local salons or book a massage!
The main level features a cozy living room complete with an electric fireplace to bring everyone together. You can whip out a board game or tell stories together by the fire. If you’re wanting to unwind with a little entertainment, there is a TV with a Roku, a DVD player or you can connect your own device with HDMI connections already provided.
The kitchen is small, but fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare a great meal. If you want to cook outside, there’s a propane grill on the private patio and plenty of seating to sit outside, fire up the grill and relax in Colorado’s amazing weather.
The bathroom is on the main level and features a shower and tub combo.
Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room futon pulls down to a full sized bed for more sleeping space.
If you must take a working vacation, there’s a full office upstairs complete with external monitor and printer if needed. Enjoy the views of Pikes Peak peeking through the trees while getting some work done before heading out to the trails or farmer’s market a couple blocks away!
